Abstract
To ensure the rational use and proper maintenance of equipment in the production workshop, strengthen production management, comprehensively enhance employees’ operational skills, improve product quality, and raise safety awareness—thereby effectively preventing and mitigating major safety risks—on June 20, 2023, Jiangxi Xinde Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. organized a “Pre‑Job Training” session. The company arranged for 14 production staff to attend theoretical training. The Head of the Human Resources Department provided a detailed explanation of the overall objectives and specific content of the program, emphasizing that all departments must diligently carry out safety‑production education. All employees were urged to remain constantly mindful of their safety responsibilities, paying close attention to electrical safety and personal safety in the production area, as well as to personal travel safety. During work hours, participants were instructed to strictly adhere to operating procedures, address key risk factors and potential hazards, and thereby elevate the facility’s inherent level of safety.
At the request of Chairman Xiong, Xinde Environmental Protection shall take “Safety Production Month” as an opportunity to strengthen employee training in light of actual work conditions, enhance workers’ safety awareness, conduct a comprehensive self-inspection of workplace safety, and ensure that routine inspections are traceable and documented, thereby guaranteeing the orderly implementation of all tasks.
Through a variety of safety training programs, the company has strengthened employees’ safety awareness and enhanced their safety skills, laying a solid foundation for safe production and ensuring zero accidents.
