Abstract
As societal awareness of environmental issues continues to grow, countries around the world have progressively tightened environmental regulations for cremation equipment, leading to the increasingly widespread adoption of exhaust gas purification systems. The exhaust gas purification systems manufactured by our company are compatible with national…
Compatible with various models of cremators, It can be configured with one purification system per furnace to meet user requirements, or with a single purification system serving multiple furnaces. It is economical and practical, offers a high dust removal efficiency, and is suitable for…
Selection of cremation equipment and incinerators for funeral homes in large and medium-sized cities.

The exhaust gas dust removal and purification system is designed to treat the exhaust gases generated during cremation and the incineration of personal effects, which contain dioxin‑type pollutants, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, particulate matter, and other substances.
Professional equipment for effective removal, purification, and control, Ensure that exhaust emissions comply with the national emission limits.

System Process Flow Description

Inside the cremator High‑temperature flue gas at 1,000–1,200°C is rapidly cooled to 200°C in a high‑efficiency quenching reactor, bypassing the 300–760°C temperature range where dioxins are formed and thereby suppressing their generation.
The cooled flue gas passes through a combined desulfurization unit to remove oils and acidic compounds, and then enters a modular cyclone dust collector, where particulates and harmful substances in the flue gas are continuously mixed and reacted as they flow.
Subsequently, the flue gas passes through a baghouse dust collector and a combined adsorption unit, where it undergoes purification processes such as chemical adsorption, decomposition, and catalytic reduction, ensuring that all pollutants ultimately comply with the GB 13801‑2015 standard.
Throughout the entire process, untreated flue gas, impurities, and other pollutants remain completely isolated from the external environment; the emitted flue gas is colorless, odorless, and non‑toxic, posing no pollution to the surrounding environment.
This process belongs to the advanced “multi-stage flue gas purification and dust removal” technology paradigm and is a combined treatment approach that integrates multiple exhaust-gas treatment methods. This process configuration represents a state-of-the-art treatment strategy both domestically and internationally.
The treatment performance is stable and reliable, with moderate capital and operating costs, and complies with relevant national standards.
Features of Xinde Environmental Protection Equipment:
1. It will not run. The generation of odors and Black smoke—by preventing the direct emission of untreated flue gases, it avoids secondary pollution—and has received widespread acclaim from funeral homes in practical applications.
2. The equipment is equipped with an emergency quenching system that rapidly cools the flue gas to Below 200°C, the formation of dioxins is avoided. The high-temperature flue gas passes through a flue duct into a closed-loop water-cooled heat exchanger, reducing its temperature to below 200°C and thereby bypassing dioxin formation.
, thereby inhibiting the formation of harmful dioxins. The flue gas then passes through a baghouse filter to capture particulate matter and other hazardous substances, before entering an activated carbon adsorber and finally being released into the atmosphere. If yellow smoke is emitted,
This indicates that the desulfurization and deacidification processes were not thorough.
3. The equipment is equipped with a desulfurization tower, which can effectively remove sulfur dioxide and other pollutants generated during incineration. Our company employs a dry–wet acid‑removal process for flue gas purification; this combined approach not only enhances purification efficiency,
It also reduces environmental impact.
4. The entire equipment set occupies a relatively small footprint, saving space; it simply requires the addition of an alkali‑solution reaction and recirculation system. Operation and management are straightforward, and users can master it quickly with minimal training.
