Abstract
The company seal is an important symbol of the enterprise’s lawful existence. To ensure the legality, reliability, and solemnity of the company seal, effectively safeguard the company’s interests, and prevent illegal or non-compliant conduct, To prevent unauthorized private engraving of the company seal or the misuse of the official seal from causing adverse consequences to the company, all authorized agents who carry the company’s official seal outside the premises to conduct business on behalf of the company—except for members of the company’s management—must be registered with the company and present a “Letter of Authorization for External Use of the Seal” (see the sole approved template) when conducting business within the scope of their authorization. Any individual failing to produce such documentation shall be deemed to have used the seal unlawfully, and the company reserves the right to pursue legal liability. This management system is hereby established, with the following specific provisions:

1. Procedure for Using Company Seals:
1. All external use of the company’s official seals must be submitted to the Sales Department for processing and approved by the Administration Department (see Attachment: Form 1). Authorization Letter for External Use of Seals )。
2. No one may have seals engraved without the prior approval of this company.
3. External-use seals must be properly stamped and uniformly registered with the Administration Department to ensure traceability.
II. Scope of Use:
1. The company’s official seal for external use, This applies only to projects involving quotation, registration, bidding, and contract signing. Any seals used in procurement-related challenges or complaints shall be deemed invalid, unless a special authorization has been signed by the company’s Chairman or legal representative.
2. This management system shall take effect as of March 18, 2024.
