Product Introduction
The flue gas dust removal and purification system is specialized equipment designed to effectively remove, purify, and control the exhaust gases generated during the cremation of human remains and the incineration of funeral objects—gases that contain dioxin‑type pollutants, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, heavy metals, particulate matter, and other substances—thereby ensuring that emissions comply with national emission limit standards.
System Process Flow Description:
The high‑temperature flue gas, at 1,000–1,200°C within the incinerator, is rapidly cooled to 200°C by a highly efficient cooling reactor, bypassing the temperature range—300–760°C—where dioxins are formed, thereby inhibiting their synthesis. The cooled flue gas then passes through a combined desulfurization unit to remove oils and acidic compounds, followed by a multi‑stage cyclone dust collector that continuously mixes and reacts particulates and harmful substances as the gas flows. Subsequently, baghouse filtration and a composite adsorption system carry out purification processes—including adsorption, decomposition, and catalytic reduction—ensuring that the final concentrations of all pollutants comply with the GB 13801‑2015 standard. Throughout the entire process, untreated flue gas and residual impurities remain completely isolated from the external environment; the emitted exhaust is colorless, odorless, non‑toxic, and free of water vapor, posing no pollution to the surrounding ecosystem.
This process belongs to an advanced “multi‑stage flue gas purification and dust removal” technology, representing a combined treatment approach that integrates multiple exhaust‑gas treatment methods. Such integrated processes are widely adopted in state‑of‑the‑art flue‑gas treatment systems both domestically and internationally, delivering stable and reliable performance at moderate capital and operating costs, while complying with relevant national standards.
Equipment Features:
1. During operation, it produces no unpleasant odors or black smoke, thereby preventing secondary pollution caused by the direct emission of unfiltered exhaust gases.
2. The equipment is equipped with an emergency quenching system that rapidly cools the flue gas to below 200°C, thereby preventing the formation of dioxins.
3. The equipment is equipped with a desulfurization tower, which can effectively remove sulfur dioxide and other substances generated during incineration.
4. The entire equipment set occupies a relatively small footprint, thereby saving land use.
5. The operation and management system is simple and easy to learn, with modest technical requirements for operators and maintenance personnel.
Flue gas emissions comply with or exceed the emission limits for air pollutants specified in “Emission Limits for Air Pollutants from Fuel‑Fired Incinerators” (GB 13801‑2015).
