Exhaust gas purification equipment (high-temperature flue gas cooling and circulation system)
The system employs an antifreeze closed-loop circulation design. Under normal operating conditions, the unit maintains a circulating temperature range of 45°C to −15°C. Inside the evaporator, the liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the heat-transfer medium in the heat exchanger, causing its temperature to rise and its phase to change from liquid to vapor. The vapor is then drawn into the compressor’s suction port. After compression, the high‑temperature, high‑pressure refrigerant gas first passes through an oil–water separator to remove any glycol entrained during compression, before entering the condenser. There, it releases heat to either ambient air or cooling water, transitioning from a high‑temperature, high‑pressure gas to a high‑pressure, ambient‑temperature liquid. This high‑pressure, ambient‑temperature refrigerant liquid subsequently flows through a dryer filter and then through an expansion valve, where it undergoes throttling and pressure reduction, transforming from a high‑pressure liquid to a low‑pressure liquid. The low‑pressure liquid—having a lower boiling point—enters the unit’s evaporator, where a circulating pump delivers the secondary refrigerant (ethylene glycol). After performing its cooling function, the refrigerant is completely separated from the flue gases, thereby preventing secondary pollution.
