Product Introduction

Main Technical Parameter Requirements
( 1) Furnace external dimensions: 3500 mm × 2300 mm × 3200 mm (±5%);
( 2) The furnace body is constructed from 1.0 mm high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, with a surface finish achieved through high-temperature electrostatic powder coating.
( 3) The furnace frame is fabricated by welding 4# angle steel.
( 4) The furnace door frame is fabricated from stainless steel with a plate thickness of no less than 3.0 mm, and its interior is lined with high‑temperature zirconia‑containing ceramic fiber blankets.
( 5) The furnace door is lifted using a chain-driven mechanism, and the tensile strength of the lifting sprockets shall be no less than 400 MPa.
( 6) Preliminary door dimensions: H2000×W1000mm (±5%);
( 7) Furnace operating pressure requirement: -5 to -40 Pa;
( 8) Main furnace operating temperature: 400°C to 950°C;
( 9) Secondary combustion chamber operating temperature: 600℃ to 1000℃;
( 10) Total electrical power consumption for stable operation of the incinerator body: ≤18 kW;
( 11) The flue outlet shall be lined with refractory castable, with a refractoriness of not less than 1700°C.
( 12) Refractory layer: constructed using extra‑grade clay refractory bricks;
( 13) Insulation layer: Made of aluminosilicate fiber wool products;
( 14) The hearth surface adopts a three-section design, with each cremation furnace equipped with a dual-hearth configuration for alternating use.
( 15) Overhaul interval: The continuous cremation service life shall be no less than 1,000 bodies or one year.
( 16) The combustion chamber of the cremator (including the primary combustion chamber, secondary combustion chamber, and combustion chamber flue) shall have a service life of at least 3 years or 5,000 cremations; during the warranty period, no loosening, detachment, or collapse of the masonry shall occur.
( 17) Cadaver Transport System: Utilizes a spiral‑motion mortuary transport cart, with dimensions of L×W×H = 2000×550×400 mm (±5%).
( 18) Mortuary vehicle: Constructed from carbon steel, it employs positioning and limit‑stop technology to prevent derailment and ensure precise parking. Its exterior is finished with stainless‑steel paneling, resulting in a sleek, tidy appearance that is easy to clean.
( 19) The PLC serves as the control system, offering automatic, sectional, and manual control modes. Its stroke‑positioning system precisely regulates the furnace car’s travel, ensuring no impact with the furnace door or furnace body and maintaining coordinated, synchronized operation.
(20) Employs fully automated ash cooling technology, with an ash cooling time of no more than 15 minutes.
( 21) Cooling Hood: Made of stainless steel, with dimensions 2200×730 mm (±10%);
( 22) The ash‑removal platform is fabricated from stainless steel, with dimensions of L × W × H = 2500 × 870 × 720 mm (±10%). It features a trackless design in the front hall and requires no trailing cables.
(23) Fuel requirement: Diesel;
(24) Cremation time requirements: single‑corpse cremation time ≤ 60 minutes; continuous cremation time ≤ 45 minutes per corpse. Cremation energy consumption requirement: average diesel consumption ≤ 10 kg per corpse (in the main combustion chamber).
