Product Introduction

Main Parameters of the Waterproof Flue for Incinerators
(1) Hardened Base Layer: The flue foundation shall be compacted and leveled, and its surface shall be finished with a concrete base layer to reduce the risk of settlement.
(2) Retaining Wall: A retaining wall made of red bricks shall be constructed around the flue to prevent sand and gravel from sliding down and causing damage through compression.
(3) Waterproofing layer: A U-shaped channel fabricated by stainless steel welding is employed to prevent groundwater infiltration into the flue, thereby safeguarding equipment performance.
(4) Insulation layer: Aluminum silicate fiber wool products are used to insulate and thermally isolate the flue, thereby reducing heat radiation into the cremation workshop.
(5) Fire-resistant layer: The bottom and sides shall be constructed with high‑temperature‑resistant clay bricks, and the arch crown shall be built with knife‑edge bricks to form an arched shape, thereby preventing collapse.
(6) The inner diameter of the flue shall be no less than 700 mm × 700 mm.
(7) A butterfly valve shall be used to switch between the emergency smoke exhaust duct and the normal smoke exhaust duct. The valve disc must undergo stress-relief treatment to ensure flexible opening and closing under high-temperature operating conditions.
